When will my order ship after I place my order?

Most orders ship within 1-2 business days. Exceptions include holidays and currently, due to COVID19 complications, shipping may take 7-10 business days.

How do I change or cancel my order?

Please email us at CustomerService@UrbanTherapyUS.com. Please fill out the email subject line with your request and order number. If your order has already been processed, we will be unable to change or cancel your order.
